摘要:
从灾害的共性出发,探讨分析了灾害演化的规律.灾害演化具有准周期性、连锁性、叠加性、放大性、空间迁移性等特征.
Abstract:
From general characteristic of disaster,the law of disaster evolution is discussed.Disaster evolution has some characteristics,such as quasi periodic,chaining effect,superimposing effect,amplifying effect and space mobility etc.
