作者简介:吴正华(1940- ),男,湖北省汉川市人,汉族,正研级高级工程师,1965年毕业于北京大学地球物理系,1965-1988年在中国气象科学研究院工作,1988年后在北京市气象科学研究所工作.曾主持和参与十多项国家级和省部级科研项目,公开发表论文近50篇,主持和参与编写著作四本,七次获国家级和少部级科技奖.
