摘要:
我国西南喀斯特岩溶区石漠化与当地长期以来的贫困问题没有得到恰当解决有着直接关系.岩溶山地的生态环境建设必须是一种经济建设,即建设“商品生态”、实现“生态致富”.生态产业化是解决生态建设和经济建设之间矛盾的有效途径、是将“石漠化治理”与“治穷”融为一体,实现经济、社会可持续发展的关键.
Abstract:
The rocky desertification in the karst areas of southwest China is a serious environmental problem at present.It not only restricts regional development but also greatly affects the sustainability of environment in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River.The situation and achievements of harnessing desertification are presented as well as existing problems in the current ecological construction in these areas.Based on the analysis of local environmental status quo and resources utilization,the authors point out that industrialization of ecological construction is a measure to solve the issue of long term poverty and the key to sustainable development in karst areas.The so called ecological construction combines economic with ecological benefits together,amplifies comparable advantages,develops special industries and adjusts the structure of industries,so as to eliminate poverty when the ecological environment is improved.Then the authors present four models of industrialization,and suggest corresponding policies and systems of implementing the industrialization of ecological construction.
