- 江苏省是一个以平原地区为主的省份，有2万多km2平原沙土区。江苏省一直把平原沙土区作为水土流失严重地区，加以重点治理。针对暴雨是造成水土流失的主要因素，砂性土质是引起水土流失的基本因素，因地制宜地推广应用有效的工程与生物措施，治理与开发相结合，治理与生态建设相结合，取得了较为显著的成效。
- Abstract:
- There are plain-sand areas about 2×104 km2 in Jiangsu.Because of serious soil erosion there are areas with stressful preventing and controlling.For the rain-storm is leading to primary factor of soil and water loss,the soil erosion is caused by the sand,measures combined engineering with vegetation and control with ecological construction are applied.Remarkable effects were achieved.
