摘要:
东北黑土区是世界上仅有的三块黑土之一，近年来流失非常严重，如不及时整治，50年后可能不复存在。从国家到地方政府，已经下决心开始整治并初步取得成效。黑土流失的整治要从科学技术、法律法规、管理、宣传等多方面着手，保证实效。
Abstract:
The blacksoil area in north China is one of the three blacksoils in the world.In recent years the loss of blacksoil is serious.If it cannot be stopped,after 50 years the black soil will not exist.The rehabilitation of the loss of blacksoil should be start with many aspects,such as scientific technique,law and rules,management,and propaganda.
