- 本文论述了由于水土流失在我国造成的生态环境危害和对经济发展的限制，提出应以生态经济系统的调控理论，实行小流域综合治理，使生态失调和经济落后的水土流失小流域回复到更佳的优化生态经济系统中，提出了实行调控模式的有关措施。
- Abstract:
- There demonstrates the fragility of eco-economic system in an area of soil and water loss:Soil and water loss makes eco-environment be in deteriorated state, in lower degree of transmission efficiency for the circulation in material, the flow in energy, transmission in information and increase in value. There is a very small capacity of self-regulation and the economical development is unsustainable.The regulated measurements shoule be considered as followings: implementing developing pattern of control of small watershed, Establishing the eco-economic system with cubic type of structure.
