- 南阳市丹江口库区及上游流域水土流失严重，水环境条件恶化，其水土保持在采取工程措施治理的同时，充分依靠大自然的力量开展生态的自我修复工作，促进人与自然的和谐，加快水土流失的防治步伐，从而实现该地区的经济可持续发展和环境保护的可持续发展，确保丹江口库区的长久治安，保证水源区长期稳定达到南水北调中线工程水源地水质保护要求。
- Abstract:
- Soil erosion in Danjiangkou reservoir area and the upper reaches basin in Nanyang city is serious, water environmental condition worsens, its soil and water conservation fully relies on the strength of the nature to launch the ecological self-recovey while taking the project measure to control soil erosion, promote people and natural harmony, accelerate the control of soil erosion, so as to realize the economic and environmental sustainable development of this area, to guarantee public security for a long time of Danjiangkou reservoir area, and to reach the requirement of water quality in South-North Water Diversion centre line project.
