- 城市水土流失的产生主要是因为人类不合理利用、开发水土资源所造成，城市水土流失的主要特点是干扰城市水系、严重影响下游水土保持、治理难、投资大等；同时对城市的生态环境、人民生活、城市投资环境有严重的影响。城市水土流失的预防应抓好监督执法，实行统管分治，使城市化进程与水土保持工作同步发展。
- Abstract:
- The emerging of soil and water loss in city is mainly because people make irrationaluse of and develop irrationaly the soil and water’s resources. The primary characteristics of soiland water loss in city comprise obstructing the river systems in city,effecting seriously the soiland water conservation of lower reaches,harnessing difficulty and investing more,etc. besides,it has serious effects on ecological environment of the city,people’s lives and investment environment in the city. The prevention of soil and water loss in city depends on grasping surveillance and enforcing the law,carring out overall leadership but harnessment by stages;and alsothe synchranism development of the urbanized course and the works of soil and water conservation.
