- Some new problems on the soil and water conservation present to us urbanizationnow. This paper analysed the properties of soil and water loss in the urbanization,and its negative effect. It is necessary to control the erosion with special measurement and to prevent new loss.

作者简介:陈法扬，男，54岁，教授，南昌水利专科学校、水利与环境工程来主任，兼任水利部水土保持专业指导委员会委员，中国水土保持学会理事等职，享受国务院特殊政府津贴。近年来，在国内外学术刊物土发表论文30余篇，曾获省部级科技成果进步笑和省高等教学成果笑等。
