- 城市水土保持是一个新兴的课题，其中，水土保持方案（以下简称水保方案）的审批管理则是城市水土流失治理和预防监督的关键一环。城市水土保持中的水保方案与跨区域的大型建设项目的水保方案，有相同点，也有不同点.主要根据深圳市城市水土保持实践，对水土保持方案审批管理中城市化开发区的水保方案审批的管理进行探讨，以进一步形成一套颇具城市化特色的水土保持方案审批机制。
- Abstract:
- Urbanized soil and water conservation(USWC) is a new topic, in which the management of examination and approval on USWC programme is a key link in the control and protection of urbanized soil and water loss. There are some differences between USWC programmeand the soil and water conservation programme on large scale of basic construction. The management of examination and approval of USWC programme on urbanized development and construction were.studied according to the practice of USWC in Shenzhen city.
