- 土地利用与生态环境协调度评价是衡量区域可持续发展的重要内容。该文在构建土地利用与生态环境协调发展评价的指标体系基础上，建立了土地利用与生态环境协调度评价模型，对大庆市2000-2008年土地利用与生态环境协调度进行了评价。结果表明：（1）大庆市土地利用与生态环境协调度呈现出倒“U”型特点：2000年大庆市土地利用与生态环境处于良好协调状态，2001-2006年则上升为优质协调状态，2007-2008年又下降为良好协调状态。（2）大庆市土地利用与生态环境协调发展度呈现出倒“S”型特点：2000年，大庆市土地利用与生态环境处于濒临失调衰退类，2001年上升为勉强协调发展类，2002-2005年下降为濒临失调衰退类，2006-2008年上升为勉强协调发展类。为促进大庆市土地利用与生态环境的持续协调发展，提出了构建生态环境友好型土地利用模式，加大土地投入、提高土地利用综合效益，提高森林覆盖率，加强湿地保护，提高生态涵养能力等建议措施。
- Abstract:
- The one of important contents to measure region sustainable development is the coordinated development between land-use and eco-environment.In this paper,the evaluation system and model are built to measure the coordinated development between land-use and eco-environment,which took Daqing City,Heilongjiang Province from 2000 to 2008 as example.The results show that:(1) The coordination degree between land-use and eco-environment in Daqing City is the characteristic of inverted‘U’ shaped:firstly,the coordination degree is good in 2000,then rose to the high quality coordinated condition from 2001 to 2006,finally,dropped to the good coordinated condition in 2007 and 2008;(2) The development degree between land-use and eco-environment in Daqing City is the characteristic of inverted‘S’ shaped:the development degree is on the being out of balance decline class in 2000,then rose to the reluctantly coordinated development class in 2001,but from 2002 to 2005,drop to border on the being out of balance decline class,finally,rise to the reluctantly coordinated development class from 2006 to 2008.In order to promote sustainability of the coordinated development between land utilization and the ecological environment in Daqing,we should take these measures such as raising the land utilization combined earnings,strengthening land ecological environment remediation in the oil field area,sharpening the ecology self-control ability effectively and so on.
