- 人口超载、干旱缺水和水土流失侵蚀环境构成了黄土高原生态环境建设与可持续发展的基本矛盾。在总结黄土高原生态环境建设所取得基本经验的基础上，初步分析了生态环境建设宜解决的几个关键问题，并从地域资源优势的角度出发，提出了发展绿色食品及特色农产品、牧草、优质干果等农业产业经济的建议。
- Abstract:
- Overpopulation in limited land, drought and water shortage, and soil and water erosion constitutes the basic conflict limiting the construction of eco-environment and sustainable development in Loess Plateau.Based on the construction of eco-environment in Loess Plateau, the key problem should be resolved was discussed.Considering the advantage of land resource, some advices about specific farming industry, such as green products and pasture and good fruit, are presented.
