摘要:
水土流失灾害是严重的环境问题之一，在阐述了黄土高原水土流失现状、主要危害、存在的主要问题基础上，提出了黄土高原水土流失的防治对策。
Abstract:
Soil and water losses is one of the serious environmental problems,based on the description of the existing states,main hazards and problems of soil and water losses on the Loess Plateau,the authors presented possible countermeasures for prevention and control.
