摘要:
通过对城市化发展过程中城市内部市政建设与城郊结合部的小流域建设管理现状的对比，以成都市清水河为例，从城市和城郊结合部在城市生态建设中定位关系的角度提出生态整治的观点，以确保城乡社会经济及生态建设达到和谐统一。
Abstract:
From the perspective of contrasting the economic and environmental construction between district of inner city and the rural-urban fringe,combining a case from Qingshui River in Chengdu city,it probes the importance of ecological renovation of small watershed in rural-urban fringe.
