作者简介:史志刚,安徽省水利厅农水处,工程师。1992年毕业于中国科学院、水利部水土保持研究所,获得理学硕士学位,发表科研论文10数篇,《计算机辅助编制土壤便性类型图研究》一文获1994年安徽省自然科学优秀论文奖,主持进行的《大沙河上游水土流失机理与综合治理研究》课题获安徽省科技进步二等奖、安徽省水利科技进步二等奖。1994年获得中国水土保持学会首届青年科技奖。
