- 在详细分析持续发展农业内涵的基础上，研究了安徽省水土流失对持续农业发展的危害，探讨了水土保持与持续农业发展的关系，认为水土保持为持续农业发展提供了资源基础，是实现持续农业发展的根本措施。为此，提出加强水土保持工作，实现安徽省持续农业发展的几点意见，供有关部门和领导决策参考。
- Abstract:
- After detailly analysing the concept of sustainable agriculture development, we researched the relationship between soil and water conservation and sustainable agriculture development. The result is got that the soil and water conservation provides the natural resource basis of the sustainable agriculture development,it also becomes the essential measure of sustain able agriculture development. Thus,this study puts forward three proposals for enhancing soil and water conservation and accomplishing sustainable agriculture development.

作者简介:史志刚，安徽省水利厅农水处，工程师。1992年毕业于中国科学院、水利部水土保持研究所，获得理学硕士学位，发表科研论文10数篇，《计算机辅助编制土壤便性类型图研究》一文获1994年安徽省自然科学优秀论文奖，主持进行的《大沙河上游水土流失机理与综合治理研究》课题获安徽省科技进步二等奖、安徽省水利科技进步二等奖。1994年获得中国水土保持学会首届青年科技奖。
