In order to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, accelerate farmers' multi-dimensional poverty reduction, and promote the improvement of the rural land transfer policy, based on the theory of practical ability, we used A-F method to measure the multidimensional poverty index, identify the farmers out of poverty multidimensional poverty, and analyzed the farmland transfer influence on multidimensional poverty of farm household poverty by using the tendency to score matching. The results show that the farmers' incidence of unidimensional poverty is higher based on the indicators of cooking fuel, sanitation, education level, the four deprived of chronic disease; in terms of multidimensional poverty, the multidimensional poverty index of those who have not transferred to rural land is higher than that of those who have transferred to rural land. Three different matching methods based on propensity score have drawn a consistent conclusion, that is, farmland transfer can significantly alleviate the farmers' multi-dimensional poverty. Therefore, it is suggested to reasonably increase the transfer of farmland in the research area, which is helpful to alleviate the farmers' multi-dimensional poverty.
