- 通过收集和小流域监测与评价数据采集、管理相关的标准、规范，调查了解其现状及后续利用的潜力，分析评价其对于黄河流域小流域监测工作开展的针对性及不足，为后续研究咨询项目的开展提供资料及理论依据，根据存在的问题，提出了相应的建议。
- Abstract:
- Via collecting the relevant norms and standards on sub-watershed M & E, the status quo and potential use are investigated and obtained, the shortcomings and pertinency regarding their use on sub-watershed Monitoring practice in the Yellow River Basin are analyzed and evaluated which provides data and theoretical basis for follow-up study. Some relevant suggestions are also put forward in line with the existing problems.
