摘要:
文章对水环境污染信息集成与环境监测系统中信息集成、信息处理的一些关键技术问题进行了研究，并针对水环境污染信息集成与环境监测系统的建设与开发，系统中数据的处理与组织、数据库建设、软件设计与实现进行了详细论述，为实用型水环境污染信息集成与环境监测系统的建设提供了一种思路与方法。
Abstract:
Some main techniques on information integrating and processing of building Resource and Environment Monitoring Information System are studied based on building and developing of Resource and Environment Monitoring Information System,the data organizing and processing,database building and software designing are discussed,and an approach of Environment Monitoring Information System software integrating is given.
