- 宁夏南部山区位于我国北方农牧交错的生态脆弱带上，由于历史和自然环境等因素，这里以“生活贫苦”、“生态恶化”而著称，改革开放以来，宁南山区先后经历了三次大规模的生态建设，虽取得了一些成就，但都没有把生态建设和群众脱贫致富及地区经济发展结合起来，使得生态建设的成果难以保持。生态产业作为一种新型产业，是生态建设工程成功的支撑和动力，宁南山区的条件决定了它在生态建设过程中必须主动地发展生态产业。在对宁南山区进行生态区划的基础上，针对不同生态区提出了不同的生态农业发展模式，以期成为相关部门决策的依据。
- Abstract:
- The southern mountain of Ningxia lies in the zone of weak ecology. between agriculture and animal husbandry. Because the factors of historical and natural, the area is famous for its poverty and worsen ecology. After the reform and opening up, this area has experienced three large-scaled ecological construction. Although the ecological construction had obtained some achievements, it didn’t combine the ecological construction with the people’s life and economic development. As a new type of industry, ecological industry combines ecological construction with economic development. It is the support and power of a successful ecological construction, the condition of the mountainous district in south of Ningxia has determined it must to develop ecological industry initiatively in the course of ecological construction. On the basis of different ecological districts, different patterns of ecological agriculture construction are put forth for the government in the course of decision.
