摘要:
通常不同贫困地区在众多的致贫因素中，总有一种因素起着主导作用。研究表明，宁夏南部贫困山区的贫困与生态环境恶化有着紧密的联系，从本质上讲是一种生态贫困。着力分析了宁南山区生态环境恶化与贫困的关系，提出宁南山区的反贫困应与生态环境治理同步进行。
Abstract:
Usually in the numerous poverty factors in the different poverty region,there is always a sort of factor rises to the leading effect.Ecological poverty is that in some regions the poverty is mainly caused by inferior ecological environment.Based on the elaborating analysis of the weak ecological environment in the mountain area of Southern Ningxia,it points out that the main foundation stone leading to the poverty in the mountain area of Southern Ningxia is the weak and continuously deteriorating ecological environment and in nature is a typical ecological poverty.The authors emphase on the analysis of the affinity between survival poverty and continuous ecological deterioration.
