以陇东地区1990~2002年的气象资料和 1998~2002年的农业生产资料为依据,应用布达哥夫斯基连乘原理对陇东地区主要农作物的光能生产潜势、光温生产潜势、气候生产潜势进行测算,结果表明各级生产潜力分别是:小麦为 19241 kg/hm2、12000 kg/hm2、7500 kg/hm2,玉米为22500 kg/hm2、13500 kg/hm2、9000 kg/hm2,马铃薯为24093 kg/hm2、16519kg/hm2、10945 kg/hm2,表明该地区农业资源可供利用的潜力较大。在对该地区农业资源利用现状分析的基础上,通过优化种植业结构,建立与水资源状况相适应的抗逆应变型种植制度;采用集、节水技术,增加能量投入,提高水分的有效率等措施以最大限度地发挥农业资源潜力。

Ludging by meteorological records(1990~2002)and agricultural nature resources(1998~2002),photo-energy productive potential,thermal productive potential and climate productive potential of the main crops of Longdong Loess Plateau being estimated,the result indicates the productive potentials at different levels (winter wheat:19 241 kg/hm2,12 000 kg/hm2,7 500 kg/hm2,spring millet:22 500 kg/hm2,13 500 kg/hm2,9 000 kg/hm2,patato:24 093 kg/hm2,16 519 kg/hm2,(10 945 kg/hm2)).The utilization ratio of climate productive potential is 30%~35%,having a comparatively potential to increase production,to adjust the rational agricultural distribution,to set up plant system appropriate to nature resources situation,to make use of advanced catchment techniques in saving water,to increase energy input and to improve efficiency of water using.These are effective measures for full use of agricultural resources.
