摘要:
通过阐明四川省蓬安县水土流失严重性的基础上，分析了引起严重水土流失的原因，并提出了相应的水土流失防治对策：认真贯彻《中华人民共和国水土保持法》，加强预防、保护、监督工作；因地制宜，调整土地利用结构和农村产业结构；以小流域为单元，集中治理，连续治理；加强领导，作好协调工作；加强计划生育工作。严格控制人口增长。
Abstract:
On the basis of introducing the status and its harms of the soil and water loss in Peng an county, analyzed and discussed reasons why the soil and water loss has taken place,at the end of the article,it put forward some accordingly countermeasures of prevention and control.
