- 为了振兴山东经济、开发建设山区,山东省贯彻“预防为主、治管结合、因地制宜、全面规划、综合治理、除害兴利”的方针,对全省作了整体规划.文章中介绍了规划的步骤、原则、内容、顺序、效益分析和规划的期限,对各种不同类型土地和不同地类分别制订内容详实的统计表,以便规划方案的具体实施,这对正待规划的地区具有现实的指导意义.
- Abstract:
- By putting into effect the guiding principle of putting prevention first.combinning control and guarantee,using suit measures to local conditions,planning in all direction,controlling soil and water loss comprehensively,doing away with the harms and setting up the benefits,Shandong province has been planned in the whole in order to strengthen this province’s economy and to develop mountains construction.The steps,principles,content,order,benefit analysis and plan term of the plan were introduced in this paper.The full and accurate statistical tables in content for different landforms and for different fields have been set up respectively,the aim is to implement the plan actively.The results mentioned have the present guiding action for regions of waitting for planning.
