- 为了解决山东省的水土流失问题,首先必须从管理措施方面入手,加强对土地结构的调整,劳动力投入,资金投入,机构调整,科学研究,领导任期目标和法制7方面的管理.治理技术方面介绍了几种工程措施,工程措施对省内土壤瘠薄的山坡尤为重要,包括治坡工程措施、治沟工程措施.还分析了山丘区和风沙区的不同治理技术和最终收到的效益.
- Abstract:
- In order to solve the problems in soil and water loss of Shandong province,the attention should be firstly paid to management,such as adjusting constructure,throwing labour,investing funds,coordinating the different branches,scientific research,the aim of every leadership in chair’s period,laws,and ect.Several technological measures of control on slope land and guilly in project were introduced.It is very important to use these measures in this province’s mountains with very soil barren,meanwhile,the different control technologies and its reture in mountain and wind as well as sand areas have been analysed.
