- 针对我国西部水土保持综合治理的现状及存在的问题，面向我国21世纪经济社会可持续发展，提出我国西部水土保持具体对策，为我国治理水土流失、改善生态环境提供决策依据以促进我国西部生态环境改善、经济发展和全面建设小康社会。
- Abstract:
- According to the comprehensive management of soil and water loss and existing problems in China west,facing the economic social sustainable development of our country in the 21st century,the specific countermeasure of water and soil conservation in our country are put forward,offering decision basis for administering soil erosion and improvement of ecological environment in order to promote ecological environment, economic development and a well-off society in an all-round way.
