- 郭罗沟流域是长治工程项目在甘肃南部的一个项目区，该项目区经过7年治理，1997年底水土流失治理程度达到86.7%，农业生产总值已由143.66万元提高到484.4万元，林草覆盖率已由21.7%提高到46.6%；蓄水与拦沙效益分别达到52%和73%；人均纯收入由276元提高到1002元；显示出显着的经济、社会和生态效益，表明该流域治理措施的布局、配置是合理的，能为同类型区的流域治理起到一定的示范作用。
- Abstract:
- The implementation period of soil and water conservation comprehensive control in Qincheng, Gansu Province was seven years.By the end of 1997, the harness degree of soil and water loss reached 86.7% in project area, the plant cover rate has been increased from 21.7% to 46.6%, the water retention rate was come up to 52%, the preserving soil rate was come up to 73%, the agriculture production value increased from 1 436.6 yuan to 4 844 yuan, and per capita net income increased from 276 yuan to 1 004 yuan, showing remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits.
