摘要:
现阶段，土地整理成为减缓耕地减少，确保国家粮食安全的有效措施，并取得了良好的经济、社会效益。采用生态系统服务价值评价方法，对项目区整理前后的土地利用变化进行分析，研究发现：耕地的生态服务价值得到提升，同时区域生态系统总值下降，并提出了相应的对策。
Abstract:
Now land consolidation has already been an effective way for preventing the reduction of the cultivated land and ensuring the country’s food safety.We can get the favorable economic and social benefit from the land consolidation.By using the methods of valuation of land ecosystem,this paper analyzes the land use change in the project area.We obviously get that : the farmland’s ESV increased and regional ESV reduced.And two suggestions are provided,which will give the useful reference for the decision-making department.
