- 草庙子河流域水土流失量大，严重危害当地的环境、农业和经济社会的发展。针对这一问题，草庙子河流域通过发展清洁型小流域对当地的水土流失现象进行治理。文中阐述了草庙子河清洁型流域治理的对策与措施，即在传统的水土保持措施基础上，对农药的施用、生活污水和垃圾的处理进行科学的规划和安排，建立清洁、良性循环的农业生态环境；还介绍了当地生态农业与生态旅游相结合形成的可持续发展模式。并给出该流域治理成功的一些经验。
- Abstract:
- Man cannot survive without soil and water resources, which is the basic living conditions for human beings. The condition of soil and water loss is quite serious in China, which is affected by special natural, geographic and social factors, especially the unreasonable land utilization and resource cultivation. For the issue of Caomiaozi river watershed soil and water loss, the ecological and healthful type controlling countermeasures that are guided by the sustainable idea of the human-nature balance are expatiated on and the control experiences are provided in the paper.
