- 农户水土保持行为对于农村生态环境改善有着密切的关系.农户水土保持行为目标是经济效益最大化和风险最小化,其变化既有内在因素:家庭结构、教育水平、家庭收入、经营规模等,又有外在因素:政策、自然条件、社会服务机构等综合制约.农户水土保持行为内在动机是以经济效益为基础,在外在政策因素的影响下,特别是中西部地区农户的水土保持主要是以投劳为主(或不愿投劳的按当地劳动力价格进行以资代劳,这类农户较少),农户在进行水土保持过程中得到经济收益较少,农户水土保持行为主要表现为非经济特性.农户与政府行为存在博弈关系,博弈对局中的政府和农户要经过多次博弈和达到多次动态均衡:对局中农户和政府根据自身与外界条件的变化、行为结果的反馈不断进行决策调整,从而形成均衡-非均衡-均衡的循环.
- Abstract:
- Farm household behavior of water and soil conservation(FHBWSC) which has close connection with environment takes on non-economy trend.FHBSWC is process that farms reach the economic benefits maximize,dangerous minimum,and non-economy targets by the nodes of rational and non-rational behavior.The mechanism of FHBSWC has connection with intrinsic and extrinsic factors.Intrinsic factors are family structure,structure of earnings,and level of education.Extrinsic factors are government policies,environment,social service.FHBWSC and government behavior are members in the game.It is a dynamic process from balance to unbalance.At last,there are some advice on how to stimulate FHBWSC.
