摘要:
由于近几年来西部地区人口膨胀、经济的快速增长和经济社会的发展，致使干旱频繁发生，沙尘暴日益加剧，蝗灾年年出现，对经济持续发展构成了极大的威胁。对此，简要分析了西部大开发与水资源的相互关系，探讨了西部水资源存在的主要问题，根据西部生态建设的规划，因地制宜地提出了发展对策。
Abstract:
The population explosion,rapid economic growth and development of eco-society in the west China leads to occurrences of drought disaster,sandstorm,locust plague,which threatens the economic development greatly.Therefore,the author analyzes the relationship between the great west development and water resource,discusses main problems existing in the west China,puts forward some proposals according to the western conditions.
