摘要:
随着社会的发展和人类的进步，水质已成为世人关心的问题之一。详细分析了进行水质预警的必要性，对水质预警的涵义、分类、特点作了准确的阐述，并提出了借助于GIS和EIS的水质预警技术路线。
Abstract:
With the development of society and the progress of human being, the quality of water has become one of the problems that being paid attention to.The authors analyzed the necessity of water precaution in detail and expatiated exactly the definition, classification, characteristic of water precaution.At the same time, the technical route of water precaution is put forward by the technique of GIS and EIS.
