- 在调查和阅读资料的基础上，根据以往工作经验，提出了陕西省生态环境建设、产业结构调整和科学技术三位一体的建设山川秀美工程的初步实施方案。探讨了不同类型区当前应重点解决的问题，避免了人们对山川秀美工程的片面理解，可作为政府部门参考。
- Abstract:
- Based on the working experience of many years,investigation and reading materials,the authors put forward a preliminary enforcement plan of building a mountain and plain elegantly engineering which is a trinity of ecological environment construction, adjustment of industrial structure and support of science and technology in Shaanxi,discuss the problem of which should be first settled on different type regions, avoids people’s lopsided understanding to the mountain and plain elegance engrneering, and can be regarded as a reference by government departments.
