- 针对目前黄土高原生态环境建设的新形势，提出了当前面临的若干问题与研究需求，包括通过退耕还林还草治理黄土高原的前景与重点治理区的选择问题、坡耕地退耕还林还草与沟壑治理相结合的问题、黄土高原不同地区植被恢复前景问题、制定黄河流域生态环境建设区划的理论基础问题、黄土高原生态环境治理后效的预测、监测与评估问题等。
- Abstract:
- After the important instructions on the environment management of the Loess Plateau by Premier Zhu Rongji, water and soil conservation of the Yellow River faces new situation and opportunity, and the investment from the Central Government has been greatly increased.For better beneficial effects of environment management, some problems and research requirements are addressed, including the prospects of erosion control by tree and grass planting, the combination of tree and grass planting with gully erosion control, the prospects of vegetation restoration in different natural zones of the Loess Plateau, the theoretical base of regionalization of environmental construction, and the prediction, monitoring and assessment of environment management.
