摘要:
沙谟化是当今世界最严重的环境问题之一，它无时无刻不在侵蚀人类赖以生存的沃土，危害人类生存空间。中国是沙谟化最严重的国家之一。流动的库布齐沙谟，半流动的毛乌素沙谟等，给我国西北地区乃至全国大部地区的环境都带来极其严重的危害，对中华民族的母亲河构成强烈的威胁。在系统分析库布齐沙谟特点、特征、危害及有关条件的基础上，提出了彻底治理库布齐沙谟的大胆构想和可行途径，并指出库布齐沙谟河山秀美工程的战略步骤，描绘了治理后的美好景致，为沙谟治理、河山改造，提出了新颖的思路。
Abstract:
Desertification is one of the most severe environmental problems for today’s world,it continualy evade the fertile land for human kind live on. China is one of the most severe de sertification, the move Kubuqi desert, the half-hold Maowusu desert and so on,have taken anextreme heavily damages to the northwestern and the northern part of China, and have a strongmenace to our mother river-the Yellow River. Based on systematical analysis of Kubuqi desertcharacter, features, damage condition, The author put out the harness and reform compositions and ways,and give the implemental strategy steps.
