- 内蒙古柳河流域库伦旗等五片6旗县从1993年起被列为国家第二期一阶段重点治理区，经过5年综合治理，治理区的自然面貌和社会经济状况发生了显著变化，对水土保持的治理效益进行了分析计算，分析计算结果表明：蓄水保土率达78.9%，林草覆盖度提高了51.8%，人均收入提高了1054元。重点治理投资取得了良好的生态、经济、社会效益。
- Abstract:
- Kulun and other five counties located in the Liu river valley of Inner Mongolia, areordered as the national second phase stage one major harnessing regions since 1993. The naturaland social economic situations have been obviously changed through 5 years comprehensive harnessments. The effects of soil and water conservation are analysed here, the results showedthat the rate of soil and water conservation reach at 78. 9%,the rate of forestry and grasscovery increased by 58.1%,the net income per capita is more 1 054 RMB yuan. The major harnessive investments have obtained well ecological,economic and social return.
