作者简介:何长高,男。1962年生。高级工程师。1983年毕业于江西工学院(工木建筑系水工专业(现南昌大学)。现于江西水科所工作,在国内外刊物发表论文10余篇,为中国水土保持学会首届青年科技奖获得者(1994)。
