- 随着连云港市东方桥头堡位置的确立，区域开发建设的速度愈来愈快。由于有关部门忽视城市水土保待工作及诸多人为和自然因素的影响，造成水土流失状况加剧.不仅恶化了生态环境，而且带来了巨大经济损失和灾难性的影响。为此我们在调查和研究的基础上，提出了相应的对策。
- Abstract:
- With the setting up of Lianyungang’s position as a eastern bridge-head,the speed of district development and construction becomes faster and faster. Because of some departments overlooked the work of soil and water conservation, the urbanized development as well as the effect of many natural and man-made factors,the status of soil and water loss becomes worse.This not only leads to the deteriorated ecological environment,but brings the heavy economic loss and calamitous effect. So we put forward some corresponding countermeasures based on the investigation and research.
