Three Gorges Reservoir area (Chongqing section) was selected as the research area. We used GIS and the source of data being the 2000—2015 Landsat TM Remote Sensing Data, and combined Kriging interpolation method to analyze ecological system service value and human disturbance and the relationship between ecological system service value and Human Disturbance. The results showed that:during the 2000—2015, in the area of Three Gorges Reservoir area (Chongqing section), for each service function, the food production function value dropped gradually, the entertainment cultural service value gradually increased, and the rest service function values increased first and then decreased, total value of ecosystem services increased first then decreased from 2000 to 2015, and it was the largest in 2010; in the area of Three Gorges Reservoir area (Chongqing section), total value of ecosystem services increased first then decreased from 2000 to 2015, and it was the largest in 2010; the low value area of ecosystem service value concentrated in the well-built area of the districts and counties, and high value area of ecosystem service value concentrated in the area of forest land; human disturbance degree of spatial distribution pattern gradually decreased from south to north, gradually increased from the east to the west in the area of Three Gorges Reservoir area (Chongqing section); the value of grain production was positively correlated with human disturbance, and uncorrelated with the human disturbance and waste disposal function value, the rest of function values were negative correlated with human disturbance.
