Based on the investment-benefit criteria, uisng the composition and calculation methods of the total cost of anti-slid pile structure in the whole life cycle, the optimization design model of anti-slide pile structure based on investment-benefit criteria was composed. The target performance of anti-slide pile structure design can be achieved by finding the minimum cost of anti-slide pile structure in the whole life cycle. Then on the basis of anti-slide pile structure of Dalugou loess landslide in Wuqi County of Shaanxi Province, the calculating methods and formulas of initial construction costs and failure costs of anti-slide pile structure, and the target performance expression of anti-slide pile are described in detail. The results show that the assessment of the total cost of anti-slid pile structure in the whole life cycle is the key to implement the optimization design based on investment-benefit criteria. According to the local social and economic development level of the anti-slid pile engineering project, the methods to calculate the initial construction costs of the pile structure based on the unit price of the steel bar and concrete are effective and feasible. The ideas and methods to determine the target performance of anti-slide pile structure have a certain reference value.
