- Abstract:
- The social, economic and ecological environment development leads to the changes of land use structure based on the perspective of delimitation, scientific and reasonable land use zoning, conducive to the realization of the rational use of land resources. Taking Yining city as the study area, the regional economic, ecological and social development situation, analyze the effect of land use change driving force mechanism, from the aspects of land structure, social economy and technology, build the function of land use zoning index system, through the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method, the comprehensive land use function area. The results show that the feature of 11 XiangZhenChang land utilization condition obvious inconsistency on the space. According to land use change driving force function comprehensive quantitative qualitative analysis method, the research is divided into city urban commercial development area, urban industrial development succession characteristic agriculture, sightseeing tourism, ecological tourism development area, such as the four functional areas, and in combination with regional development strategies, policies, determine the reasonable direction of regional land use, improve the efficiency of land allocation of resources, realize the goal of sustainable land use.
