Acoording to the theory of cilimatic analogues, main factors were chosen in the analysis for the introduction of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bge., namely that annual average temperature, average temperature in January, average temperature in July, the maximum temperature, the minimum temperature, ≥10℃ annual accumulated temperature, annual precipitation, annual sunshine hours. The suitable climatic and ecological regions for Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bge. in Shaanxi province were divided by applying euclidean fuzzy distance similitude priority ratio. Three regions were dicided favorable area, less favorable area and unfavorable area, respectively. Through the analysis, it can be seen that the northern Shaanxi and hilly and gully region of the Loses Plateau in north of Weihe River are the most suitable climate area for Xanthoceras sorbifolia, including Zizhou, Fuxian, Yichuan, Yanchang, Ganquan and 29 counties (cities). Most areas of Guanzhong Plain are the secondary suitable climate area for Xanthoceras sorbifolia, including Jingyang, Fengxiang, Qianxian, Sanyuan, Pucheng, Xingping and 37 countries (cities). Meanwhile, the suitable climate factors and limiting factors of different areas for Xanthoceras sorbifolia are also illustrated.
