The state of urban ecosystem of northern Sichuan was studied based on the established health index system of urban ecosystem assessment in terms of the economic, social and environmental dimensions, weight indicators given by using entropy method, a model by the application of fuzzy evaluation method. The results showed that the northern city of ecosystem health in the economic and social elements were in a sick according to the principle of the largest membership. Nanchong is healthy and the other cities are sick with respect to the environmental factors. Integrated urban ecosystems of 6 cities in northern Sichuan are sick. According to the comments on the set of values, integrated ecosystem health status of 6 cities in northern of Sichuan were sorted from the best to the poor as the order of Nanchong, Dazhou, Guang’an, Suining, Guangyuan, Bazhong.
