Taking Shaanxi Heihe River Watershed as an example, based on the applicability analysis of SWAT model in Shaanxi Heihe River Basin, this article discussed the non-point source pollution of different landuse situations by quantitative analysis and comparative studies. The results shows: ① Land-use/coverage changes have a tremendous impact to watershed non-point source pollution. Woodland has a strong reduction in water and sediment, which reduce non-point source pollution of watershed greatly. ②To strengthen land management, promoting the rational use of land, especially the land above 15° slope, is the effective measure of watershed non-point source pollution control and water quality protect. ③The best landuse management mode are as follows: all sloping field above 15° will be completely returned to forest. The land of suitable for farming below 15° is allowed to exist. Unused land is not existent. At this scene, the annual total nitrogen load is 13.25 kg, and the annual total phosphorus load is 3.29 kg, which will not lead pollution to the river water quality.
