Rural residential land consolidation is the most important content in the new countryside construction. To build rural residential land consolidation orderly, it is of great practical significance to develop a deep regionalization research to rural residential land consolidation. Taking Lulong county as an example and selecting the 13 factors such as natural conditions, economical feasibility, desire to land consolidation and the acceptance of the peasant concept and so on, this paper established the assessment index system for the temporal sequence of rural residential land consolidation. The weights are determined by entropy method and assessment values are attained by comprehensive evaluation model. Moreover, based on the comprehensive evaluating values, it takes average-classification method and cluster method comprehensively to divide the consolidation land into three periods: nearest consolidation area are located in Lulong, Shimen, Mujing and Gebo with the area about 3 936.86 hm2, mid-term consolidation area are located in Lutiangezhuang, Shuangwang, Yinzhuang and Chenguantun with the area about 2 999.24 hm2; forward consolidation area located in Liujiaying, Xiazhai, Yanheying and Panzhuang with the area abou 2 112.72 hm2. Through the research on consolidation schedule, it provides scientific basis for land consolidation plan, the selection of land consolidation project and the implementation on land consolidation.
