It is very significant of land use coordination evaluation to instruct land resource sustainable use. This paper expounds the concept of land use coordination, the indices system and the model of evaluation of land use coordination was established according to the three aspects of land-economic system; land-environmental system, and land-social system. Principal component analysis is adopted to establish the index weight. This paper established coordination degree of system; development degree of system and comprehensive coordination degree of system model to assess land use coordination and its provincial spatial difference for 69 evaluation unit in Jiangsu Province. Results show that: the overall coordination of land use is moderate coordination in Jiangsu Province, but the regional inter-spatial difference significantly, there is a decreasing tendency for coordination of land use from north to south diversity of feature in Jiangsu Province. Coordination of land use have negatively correlated to the level of economic development, the district areas was higher than the urban areas. Land use coordination of the Four along industrial belt have obvious spatial difference.Furthermore, research result gives us some apocalypse.
