The method which combine the entropy value theory with fuzzy matter-element modeling was applied in soil and water conservation tillage technology model evaluation, and an entropy fuzzy matter-element model was established. It can avoid the problem of weight allocation effectively that using the utility value which reflected the date themselves by information entropy. The new way evaluating the sloping farmland soil and water conservation technologies can avoid the deviation resulted from the comparison between the single indexes. It was indicated that the method is reasonable and useful through an example analysis.
