Kalman filter is the most used method of data processing of landslides monitoring in present.Dynamic noise is inaccuracy and it easily lead to model divergence in common Kalman filtering.Based on this shortcoming, the paper mainly put forward the variance-compensation of dynamic noise corrected the error of the variance-covariance in filtering, improves the solution precision. Then combing with the actual data in Three Gorges,it is improved that this method can effectively overcome the divergence of filtering model in landslides monitoring.
