- A set of finance management regulations suitable for interior agencies’ use should be formulated to ensure the financial secure operation among project interior agencies upon implementing donor’s projects. In this article, in line with the properties of fund management under donor’s projects, it focuses on the component of a finance management regulations suitable for interior agencies’ use as well as some issues where attentions should be attached when formulating the regulations, with an expectation to facilitate working out finance management regulations satisfying both the requirements of national finance management and donor’s mandates.
