Soil erosion and arid-shortage water coexists in the Loess Plateau area is a major limited factor for sustainable economic and social development. It is an effective way to achieve synchronous soil erosion control and rainwater resources by means of slope runoff adjustment measures to eliminate soil erosion. This paper uses the artificial rainfall simulation to study the different runoff-control measures and optimize the allocation of the various surface runoff-control measures. On the basic of the above research, an integrated, highly efficient, low-cost measures slope runoff is selected.
