At present, world population is growing, while arable land area is decreasing. Saline land area has reached 954 million hm2 in the earth. Thus soil salinazation becomes one of the serious environmental issues with population growth and socioeconomic development. To cope with the situation amelioration and utilization of salt-affected soil is vital and significant. In order to deal with the problem, the way of ecological rehabilitation such as farming measures and biological measures to reclaim and exploit saline soils is feasible and available in view of salt-affected soils as one of the natural resources based on the principle of rehabilitation ecology. During the process, it is crucial to handle well the relations among land exploitation and soil conservation, economic benefits and landscape values.
